University of Wyoming Student
Hello! My name is Kade McMillan, a marketing student at the University of Wyoming. I was born and raised in Northeast Wyoming, where I grew up learning the fundamentals of business management and ownership at my grandma’s grocery store in Upton, Wyoming. It was there where I developed a love and passion for leadership both in the business world and in my personal life as well. When not developing my professional skills for life after college, you can find me behind a camera. I have been practicing photography for the past two years, and I enjoying being able to capture memories of my friends, family, and my traveling experiences.
This semester marks my official last year at the University of Wyoming. Over the past 2.5 years in college, I have gained a better understanding at the life I want to create for myself once I jumpstart my career. Upon graduation from college, I will be pursuing a career in the stock car world, where I plan to work with corporate partners/sponsors in NASCAR.
With my current practices in photography, I am extremely excited to be able to further develop my practices in journalism, directed towards using photography as a way to convey a certain message to viewers.
